Return & Refund Policy

At RevKicks Creations, every product is made to order just for you. Because we work with print-on-demand production partners, each item is custom produced only after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Entering incorrect order details
Changing your mind after purchase
No longer wanting the item

Please review all product details, sizing charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly help resolve the issue.

You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo showing the damage or manufacturing error

There is no need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

Multiple Affected Items

If the same issue affects multiple products with the same design, we may require an additional photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame. This helps us verify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Size or Color Orders

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements if the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout.

Print Placement Disclaimer

For direct-to-garment apparel and other printed products, minor variations may occur during production. A print placement difference of up to 0.5 inches is considered within normal production tolerance and is not classified as a defect.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other delivery issue outside our control, we may be able to offer a replacement order for an additional charge or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider and original payment method.
