Many of our products are produced through print-on-demand partners. This means products are created only after an order is placed. Because of this, product availability, production times, colors, sizing, and final print appearance may vary slightly.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately show product colors.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, violate our policies, or are otherwise suspicious.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. RevKicks Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related issues, we may offer a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund depending on the situation.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Approved claims may be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

7. Product Variations and Print Tolerance

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, minor variations may occur between the product image shown online and the final item received.

For direct-to-garment and printed products, small print placement differences may occur. A print placement variation of up to 0.5 inches is considered within normal production tolerance and is not considered a defect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, images, text, product names, brand elements, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to RevKicks Creations unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use any content from our website without our written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership rights to any design, artwork, brand name, or intellectual property.
