Thank you for shopping with RevKicks Creations. Because our products are made to order, each item is produced after your purchase is placed and then shipped directly to you.

Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production

All RevKicks Creations products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.

This means your order goes through two stages:

Production — your item is printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping — your completed item is handed to the carrier for delivery.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product type, destination, carrier availability, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address Requirements

To avoid production or delivery issues, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

The following address requirements apply to all destinations:

The shipping address must use Latin characters only.
Address Line 1 must be 35 characters or fewer.
Address Line 2 must be 30 characters or fewer.

Our production partners do not provide address validation services. Because of this, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is accurate, complete, and properly formatted before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

RevKicks Creations is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted shipping address provided by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Missing apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers
Incorrect street names or house numbers
Incorrect city, state, province, postal code, or country
Use of non-Latin characters
Address lines that exceed the character limits
Refused or failed delivery attempts

If an order cannot be delivered because of an address issue, we may be able to offer a replacement order for an additional charge or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary by product, destination, and shipping carrier. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you may receive tracking information when available.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, high order volume, weather, customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

RevKicks Creations is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges that may apply.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Lost, Returned, or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your order is returned, lost, or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related issue, RevKicks Creations may not be able to offer a free replacement or full refund.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at an additional charge or a partial refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
